Booking Fee
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, your date and time will not be secured until this is paid.
The remaining 50% should be paid no later than 24 hours before the event and all payments to be made by bank transfer.
We cannot accept cash payments on the day as we find this ruins the magic!
Bookings outside of a 15 mile radius of our post code will incur a travel fee of 40p per additional mile.
Party or Event Requirments
Performers will ring when they arrive at the party so you can make any necessary arrangements to prepare for their entrance. They may also need some assistance with their equipment to make sure their entrance is as smooth and magical as possible!
We require at least one parking space as close to the venue as possible. If there are any parking fees or charges this is the responsibility of the party organiser.
Please allow a grace period of 10-15 minutes for the performer. Although we try to be on time sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If they are delayed they will contact you and keep you updated on the situation.
We politely ask that you ensure a safe environment for our performers. This includes making sure there is enough space, keeping any pets away while the performer is there, no smoking or vaping around the performer and if the party is outside, ensure there is a sheltered area for them. If the performer feels they are in danger at any point they reserve the right to leave and a refund will not be given.
We do ask that any bouncy castles are deflated while we are present at the party. Unfortunately, no one can ever be as interesting as a bouncy castle to a child so we find it hinders our entertainment and we want to make sure we can give you the full experience!
If there is anything you are unhappy with at the time of the party, please mention this to the performer or contact Abi on site. There are often things we can easily fix there an then whereas there is nothing we can do about it afterwards. If something of this nature is brought to my attention after the party that we were not aware of before we are unfortunately unable to give any compensation.
If there are more children as the party than stated on your form that takes it over the maximum of 25 per character, they characters have the right to change the entertainment according to what they deem appropriate. This will usually mean the games and glitter tattoos will not be possible so please make sure you give us as accurate a number as you can.
Any damage to costume or equipment beyond reasonable wear and tear that is due to a party guest or venue will be at the responsibility of the party planner.
Changes to party times cannot be made less than 48 hours before the booking. If we are asked to wait on arrival before we make our appearance, this will cut into your party time. We often have a strict schedule for parties and will still need to leave at the agreed time to get to our next one.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking you can do so until 2 weeks before the event and receive a full refund. Any later than this will mean your deposit is non-refundable. You can contact us to change your party date and therefore keep your deposit but this will incur a £50 fee.
